  • Wednesday 7/29 Roll Call

    I'm officially out of work for awhile due to a neck/shoulder injury. I'm taking this time to concentrate on taking care of myself & get back into the Atkins groove. I've been slipping & sliding since my trip to Cape Cod in April. Exercise & eating well is the priority!

    Have a wonderful day STACer's. Don't forget to drink plenty of H20 today.

    218.4 this morning, new low for me. I can see 215 right around the corner.

    Another good note I went and bought new smaller work pants last night. My finance saw me in my size 38 dockers that I normally wear, and she said they look rediculous they were so big, so we went and bought some 36 size pants!!

      good morning. day 3 of induction for me. i have a question-is spiced chai tea okay to drink? i never add anything to my tea, but i'm wondering it already has something not allowed in it? it is just black tea with spices..i think it is okay? hmm. anyways..off to work so i'm out of here for now!

          Its wednesday here where i am!
          Im here and still on plan, moved upto owl rung 3 today, which means i can add nuts and seeds to my diet!! Ive seen so many lovely receipes and i have been waiting for this rung so i can try them out!

              I took all of you back in time and it's now Wednesday again.

              gxi, congrats for the new lowest weight! Anything planned for when you hit 215? Any non-food reward?

              Mrs_S, the tea should be legal, although it's not ideal that is caffeinated. For some people caffeine causes stalls and/or it messes up blood sugar. If you decide to have it, watch your weight closely (yes, I'm sure you never step on the scale! ) and take the Blood Sugar Stress test in DANDR. Personally I'd look for a decaf tea.               focus, check your vitamins and minerals in FitDay. How's your magnesium? Cravings for chocolate could be a symptom of magnesium deficiency. Or TOM... Grrr.

                  Sorry for the oops this morning. I didn't realize it was Wednesday until about half way through the day. Note to self~~~look at the calender in the morning!
