Oh the beauty of living on a farm, I seem to be getting up earlier than the rest on weekends!! Planning to do my exercises and then go and get on the tractor and mow the back pasture. Hope everyone has a great and on plan day!

Beautiful day here in VT. Slept extremely well for a change. DH is working today so I'm picking up stepdaughter at the airport~~2* trip one way. Will do my walk when I get home.

What happened? You got off to such a great start, but you're suddenly feeling fatigued. Don't be surprised when your huge lead slows back down to a walking pace. Now that you've had your fun, another person gets a chance. Crossing the finish line is what's important -- not finishing the race first. The promise that you made to yourself is still good -- you just don't have the energy to be 'on' all the time. You should be proud of your effort.
Now doesn't this sound like good advice for us STAC.

Morning!
Got home from work last night and had another letter from my son in boot camp. I live for his letters... so sat down and wrote him back another 3 page letter.
Then started laundry and did my Slim N 6 workout and finally crawled into bed at 2:30 am. Happy today that I got that in as I ran out of time yesterday before work.
So far I've been doing Slim N 6 the last 9 days with one day break. Not due for another break until Wed. Don't want Cathy Siebers calling me a slacker so if I have to do it in the middle of the night, I'll do it in the middle of the night! lol
Just ate some yummy vegetable and turkey bacon quiche. yum. Time to make my lunch, and get ready for another 10 hr shift at work... saving the world. down .3lbs today.
