Hello all,

I did Atkins successfully a few years back, did well and maintained the weightloss even after leaving the Atkins WOE.

I had a baby boy 8 months ago, and POOF I puffed up like a marshmallow peep? I know this WOE works and I am starting my CLEAN induction TODAY! I have just sent my husband to work with every "naughty" food in the house, including all my secret stashes. (the guys at work will be happy!)

Im no longer nursing and Im ready to rock! Im looking forward to the motivation and information I have always found here.

Don’t compare what you lost or how you did “the last time” your body and lifestyle isn’t the same as last time – follow the plan the way it is written, exercise, drink plenty of pure water (64 ounces minimum daily – nothing added) and you’ll be on your way to loosing before you know it.
