          Yeah for the wt loss! I'm down slightly too 184.8 this am. yeah.
          Having lunch at a thai restaurant today... going to try hard to stay on track. ? going to eat a good breakfast and then only pick at the chicken and veggies... avoiding as much sauce as possible... and take most of it home. :-( i would hate to cause a stall for myself. I feel like I'm working too hard for that right now.

            Present & accounted for. Slept in this AM & feeling disoriented. Picking the kidlets up later & they will be here for dinner. They have requested pizza & Nana Banana will have a Chef Salad!

              Good Morning all! Have a great day. It's another three digit heat day here so I will be drinking plenty of water. The summer vacation is coming to an end and the kids are in a grumpy mood. I am thinking about springing for lunch today, hoping the teens will perk up a bit. Eva

                I am doing good 215.2 this morning. Only 18 more days to lose 5.2 lbs to meet my goal.

                Side note I am going to go race motocross tomorrow night. I am excited it has been a while since I have raced.

                On the subject of mx when I first started I learned fairly quickly, but then I started to put on weight. That made it harder to do more than a couple of laps with out having to take a break. Now that I have lost quite a bit of weight I can go a good solid 4 or 5 laps without breaking. Of course I am beat after that but it is an improvement. Wish me luck tomorrow.
