  • Things We've Learned from Our Failures...

    So rather than dwell on what I could've accomplished in all this time being "off plan", I thought it might be cool to start compiling the wisdom that we've gained from falling off, in order to inspire us to stay on this time.

    . I feel better, stronger, more focused and less scattered on this WoE.
    . Discipline tastes better than carbs.
    . I can accomplish more when I eat this way.
    . Looking in mirrors, windows, (really any shiny reflective surface) is more fun when I stay On Plan.
    . I am a better ME when I eat on plan.
    . Just don't take that first (off plan) bite!


    I'm (we are) so worth this!

    I think the biggest thing I learned from going off-plan is that despite my best intentions to watch my portions and keep my weight under control, it just ain't gonna happen while eating high carb.

    What starts out as a cup of rice with dinner soon turns back into deli food washed down with Mt. Dew.

      Congratulations on finding the good in this journey. There is no use dwelling on things that will only get you down...good for you!!
