I've done this diet in the past and it worked great, so I know I can do it; however, I tried last week and did great for 3 days and by the 4th, I was feeling so weak, I could hardly do anything - didn't feel sick, just weak.
Has anyone else had this happen? I don't know if there's a certain food I should be eating or if it will eventually go away, but I quit because of the way I was feeling and I'd really like to get back on and get going. I do not eat cooked vegetables but I will eat raw ones in salads and by themselves, I also ate plenty of eggs, cheese and meat/chicken.
Any suggestions? Thank you.
