    I'm off to work soon for several hours & then I have an acupuncture appt.! Amazing how tired I was after working only 4*. Slept very well!

    Have a fantastic day STACer's. Be kind to yourself, drink plenty of H20, get some exercise & try a new recipe today!

    Good mornig. I am holding steady. Wedding stuff wedding stuff, that is what my life is right now.

          Going for a drink with a friend this afternoon, first time going out since starting Monday.

          Will stick to a diet soda, even though it has aspartame.

                wait ~ you DID post a question! LOL

                I guess it depends what the question is ~ there are a lot of forums here, so if you have a particular question about induction / extended induction /exercise / vitamins, etc. there are special forums for those topics and that would be a great place to put your question.

                If if it is more general or dealing with support issues, why not put it right here in this forum? (although I would start a new topic just for that question). Someone(s) will saunter by and help you out!

                are you on Atkins for the second (or more, lol) time?

                  checking in for Thursday ~ I am feeling GREAT today. Went to a Springsteen concert last night and danced danced danced until literally the sweat was pouring off me! What a fantastic way to lose weight, LOL!!

                  got up this morning (after not a lot of sleep) and still dragged my rubbery legs out for my daily constitutional ... yay me! I have found over the years that, for me, the biggest challenge is staying committed. If I can just make good eating and regular exercise a daily event, like making my bed or flossing my teeth, then I'm golden. I just have to do it every day like there is no choice NOT to do it every day.

                            No I responded to the post, I didn't post my own question!!! I want to know how I can post my own question so others can reply!!! I don't want to subscribe to the Supporters Membership, I have no extra mula..lol So any help I can get would be awesome!! Oh and it's my 1st time doing Atkins, not too sure I like it so far but I'm gonna stick it out!!! Thanks guys =-)
