    Morning, im here!! working on doing more exercise because ive only been increasing the walking. Thinking about joining a gym but really cant afford it. Will see how it goes. Hate Mondays too! Tuesdays are a whole lot better

      UGHHHHH. I complety fell of the wagon this weekend,216.6. I hate the weekends. Oh well back to it.

          Happy to be done with my work weekend, computer class today for 4 hours then shopping and cleaning the house to get ready for my quilt group party all day Wednesday. Getting tired just thinking about it! Will be a carb challenging week...

            'lo everybody! Good luck at school Invictus! Do you have a new pencil case? Always gotta have a new pencil case for the first day of school!!

            Great weekend here ~ had a little cheat (oops, but almost entirely unavoidable), but I am back on the straight & narrow today!

              Monday --

              Went upstairs to do my workout at 5:30 a.m. Had a great workout, and then while quietly creeping down the stairs in order not to wake the family, I missed a step, fell down the stairs, and twisted my ankle. I think it's just a bad sprain but it is really swollen. Gotta fly to Miami in the morning for three days and won't be able to stay off of it and keep it elevated, so far having a crappy day!!!

              But, weighed in at 148.5 this morning, lost another half pound!! Hope the rest of you have a better day than I have so far...
