Hi everyone,
I'm doing atkins for the second time, did it about 6 years ago, was succesful but had very little willpower =[ I'm much more motivated now, but I do have a question, hopefully its not stupid hahaha. The list of acceptable induction foods/rules says I'm only supposed to eat 3 cups of veggies. Now based on what I've found, if i do 3 cups of raw broccoli(and then it cooks down to about 1.5 cups) it comes to about 10.5 net carbs. And if thats all the veggies I'm allowed to eat, where do the rest of the carbs come from? the cheese I'm eating doesnt have carbs(according to the label) and even so, I don't eat much cheese. What else am I supposed to be eating to account for this almost 10 net carb deficit? Or is it okay if I eat more veggies? Because I actually like them...weird right? hahaha jk.
Thanks for your help!
