    Good Morning,

    I am down to 213 this morning. To hit my goal of 210 by the end of the month I am going to have to stay strong this weekend and not cheat.
    GOAL #1-220 lbs Completed 03/27/10
    GOAL #2-215 lbs
    GOAL #3-210 lbs
    GOAL #4-205 lbs
    GOAL #5-199.9 lbs onederland
