ahhhh! I hate cravings. These two foods are totally "talking" to me. I need some quick ideas. I had a piece of lo carb pumpkin cheesecake (Which is fine b/c I'm in the nut rung) in the freezer left over from Easter and I ate that last night - but I'm still hearing that nagging voice. It's so frustrating. I keep eating protein and fats but I'm so stuck at the moment. Any ideas?? foods that might help? supplements? I'm eating really well, balanced, lots of veg. Not skimping on my carbs. but dang it's been tough lately.

Re: Talking myself off a molasses cookie and Ice cream window ledge
We just had buffalo chicken wings (no breading kind) with blue cheese and celery. My husband is no help his onyl comment is "Aren't where you want to be anyways....... he doesn't understand the "cascade of carbs" that will begin if I "cheat" I just don't cheat - I only get into trouble. But I'm just
tonight for ice cream and molasses cookies.

Some people find sour combats sweet cravings...maybe a dill pickle...
Scanning the before & after photos helps me too
