  • Wednesday September 2nd ~ Roll Call!

    I'm still here and pushing along. Got yucky keto breath, so that's a good thing. I'm getting a deep tissue massage at 1 o'clock, can't wait. In addition to helping my aching shoulder, I'm hoping it will help work some of the toxins out of my tissues and maybe I'll see a whooshie soon. Have a great day all!
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    Current Mini Goals:
    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

    Have a wonderful massage! sounds good. I should schedule one of those too.

      Hi all, I just restarted myself yesterday when I realized that I had let everything slide for 3 months and my wedding is only 8 months away!

      Its only been a day but it was a good one. Stuck on the diet despite birthday parties and cake, walked 30 minutes at lunch and did 20 minutes of aerobics after dinner. Today's plan is similar, but the after dinner workout will be eliptical training and weights. Need to firm up these grandma arm wobbles for my dress.

          Good morning, everyone! Just wanted to say hi..I just joined the board, but this is my second time around for Atkins. I'm so glad I found this place, and kick myself for not finding it the first time around! I'm currently experiencing a little post induction stall, and thru google, I came across a message that said to check out the Most Memorable Posts forum to find the thread about it. Thank God, lol. I feel so much better about things now.

          Anyway, happy Wednesday to everyone! I hope to post lots and lots with you!

                    Here and tired!! Out of school tomorrow and have so much to do at home that I don't know where to start. But still on plan and losing a little weight so hooray!

                      I've never posted here. I was off Atkins for a year (after a 65 pound loss) and I started back on July 10. I'm down 20 pounds so far this time.

                        I'm here too, was munchy all day, but stuck to plan. Tried a Mock Danish for dessert tonight with a little no-carb syrup... yum!
