    Good morning! Busy day ahead, so everyone stay on plan and drink lots of water!!

    I'm here - today was my first weighin and I lost 13 pounds so Im having a great day!!

      I'm here - day 1 of induction.... Yippee? Honestly, induction blows. The first couple of days are such a mind game. I know it will get better - it always does

      I plan on going to the pool and hanging out with kidlet #3 and resting my leg.

        WTG diamonds & GL on the induction journey colleen (beautiful boys you have there!)

        I am still plugging along ~ did my weekly weigh-in y'day and scale is not budging, LOL! (yeah, blame the scale).

        I think I know why tho ~ because I am not being 100% faithful to the rungs (even tho I am not eating "bad" foods), so my new resolution is to stay true.

              I am here!! Stilling hanging out around 229 but I'll take it!

              Boss brought in pizza for everyone so I'm sitting here muching on some salami since I had no breakfast (had Dr. appt this am) so that I have some energy on my lunch walk. Lunch is salad, dinner is baked fish with mayo and cheese and garlic/butter sauteed green beans and a nice long workout session!!

              No cheating, refuse to do it! Thought for a while about scraping the cheese off the pizza and realized that I was sabotaging myself again with "oh it won't hurt this once" thoughts. Nope. 13 pounds are gone forever, 79 more to go. A month of induction baby! Here we come!

                  Today is day 18 for me. I have lost only 8 lbs. so far. I was hoping for a little more. I'll just keep at it and see how it goes. I've been working 12 hour shifts, and I don't think I'm eating enough. Yesterday I had :
                  2 eggs/ 3 turkey sausage
                  2 oz. cheese/ 1 large slim jim
                  1/2 c. chicken salad
                  and several cups of tea/splenda
                  (I'm on night shift) I didn't realize that I ate so little until I actually posted it. Could that be my problem? I went to a weight loss clinic and they agree that I am very carb sensitive. I was told that I should eat at least 50 carbs. As you can see, I'm not doing that. Maybe I'll get a woosh! That would be nice.

                    You definately need to eat more Mary Ann! I bet my last dollar that is what is slowing you down. Post a typical menu with amounts in the Review My Menu forum please.

                      Checking in late while I'm chillin' out & finishing my H20 quota for the day. Not feeling all that great today & looking forward to a good nights sleep.

                        This is a typical day for me. I don't usuallt eat alot. I do know though, if i touch carbs, I gain 2 or 3 pounds right away. My Dr. says this is water, because carbs hold water.
