    Monday morning~~~argghh. Not my favorite day of the week. It is here so I guess I just need to deal with it right. Yesterday was a bad day for me but I'm back in the saddle.

            I'm here!!!! Had a very hectic weekend but stayed true through it all!

            Scale is being a brat and saying I gained two pounds over the weekend but I disagree. I'm drinkings lots more water today and walking at lunch so that maybe tomorrow the scale will be friendlier.

            Joined BJs Wholesale yesterday and wrote down a lot of the items that we can have and how much so that we can better figure out our shopping lists.

            My hunny also just interviewed with a Boston unit and she did great! Hopefully we'll be moving back up north sooner than expected!!!!

              hello people, mind if I join your 'little' group? I'm not sure if I consider myself a '2nd time around' person, but feel I fit here better then elsewhere.

              I started ANA back in February, and it went very well for a while, but sort of got off track during the summer. My highest was 250, lowest 231, and currently at 235...but rejuvinated due to this forum.

              I actually do like Mondays - I only work 1/2 day then home to get ready for the week. It just gets my week off to a good start - laundry, housework, paperwork, meal planning, etc...I just feel more organized the rest of the week and I only deal with these things on Monday.

              I've had a great day today, food wise - 2 hard boiled eggs for breakfast, then made taco salad for lunch - all good! Happy Monday.

                  welcome bar & congrats judy!!

                  I am SO proud of myself that I have not fallen off the wagon while I have been battling strep throat and a cold...when I'm sick, I crave "comfort foods" and when your throat is sore and it is hard to swallow, well, don't milkshakes sound perfect??

                  But I haven't cheated. Not eating exactly according to plan (not much of an appetite and veggies seem so scratchy, LOL), but not too far off either. Give me another couple of days and I will be right back where I need to be.
