Hello All! Day 2 of Induction for me. Yesterday I had one 12 ounce can of Diet Pepsi. Other than that I was on plan.
My goal today is to drink only water. I have an ice maker and water machine on the other side of the building at work. If I get up every hour and walk over there to get a glass of water I will kill two birds with one stone, more exercise, more water.
Already I am not very hungry and have a positive outlook on this change of life.

I am here and on day 16 of my induction (now extended induction). No cheats. Finally dropped that water weight my body was holding onto desperately and am firmly in the 227s. Now I'm officially 11 pounds down from my original weight and a total of 15 pounds down from my highest weight which wasn't all that long ago.
Hello all. I'm late getting here, but I was up at 6am! It stormed all night, thunder and lightening, and everything is wet, wet, wet. Hope everyone has a temptationless day.
down a couple this morning, but did have a couple of beers last night [I know, I know] - so will probably be up again tomorrow. Have a work outing today, and bowling tomorrow - so this is a bad week for me - will eat well, just staying away from the beer is the challenge
