Good Morning... well my mom must have been right. I stepped on the scale this morning and I am down 10 lbs. I know it is just water weight, but it is what I needed. According to the Dr. there is another 10 so maybe by the end of the week or next that will be gone to. That would be so awesome if it were true. At this point I will be satisfied with getting my shoes on. They are a little tight still, but they are on.
Every temptation known to man was out there this weekend - but I was good. Not one carb passed these lips....well the ones I was allowed, but you understand.

good morning all - I'm up a bit, but determined to get to my 230 this week. I only work 1/2 day on Monday, so I do my laundry, paperwork, genereal cleaning...etc. I get a lot done, but also have to really watch my eating! Will stick to a strict schedule, planned out well and lots of water - all will be good. Have a great day!

I have been doing Atkins for quite some time but have fallen off the wagon. I am on Day 3 of being cheat free. Hang in there you will get where you want to be. When you fall off the wagon, don't beat yourself up. Just get back on. We have all been there. As I said, I am only 3 days back on track. Best of luck to you all.

Sorry but eating the Atkins bars would be cheating if you are on Induction like your header says.....But I think you figured that out and are correcting that problem...way to GO!

I had a mostly good weekend, but slipped up on two sugar free chocolates...coulda been worse, but I am disappointed that I am such a wuss when it comes to chocolate! Plus, I got right back on the lo carb pony...
Don't know if it kicked me out of ketosis, but I might not weigh in tomorrow and just move on with the week...wait and check in next Tuesday...
