No cheats, I've had 30 oz. of water this morning and plan on drinking at least 40 more today. Last time I was on Atkins I felt extremely sluggish the first 3 days, but for some reason this time around I don't feel as sluggish. Maybe because I don't have a choice but to get up run errands and take my 4 yr old to her classes today. I can't wait until Sunday to weigh in. I went to the store to buy a scale for my house, but they were sold out (what does that tell you about our society LOL) so i decided to just weigh in every Sunday at the gym (which I'm fortunate enough to have down the street from me here on base) so that way I don't obsess over the scale and weigh myself every chance I get. All your stories motivate me so much and I wish I would have found ADBB the first time around. Have a great day everyone. I'm off to go make my lunch
