    Good morning STACer's!

    Day 3 for me & I'm already in ketosis. Waiting for my surge of energy to hit.

    Have the best low carb day that you can. Eat well, drink plenty of H20, get some exercise & be kind to yourself.

    little cranky today - up to 235, have to really look at my journal and see what's up I'm lowering my carbs today, think I've been overdoing. Just have to be more focused! Still wanting to hit my mini goal of 230 by end of month!

      I didn't weigh my self this morning, it was tough though. However I am in ketosis and loving it. The only thing that I don't like is the nasty film it leaves on your teeth.

        Feeling pretty good this morning... the new found energy I have is a wonderful. With the cold summer we have had in the north, I have become such a slug.
        I tried exercising last night...what a nitemare that was...I am so out of shape it is not even funny. I think I did ten push-ups. Well close anyway. I did manage to do the 25 crunches and some leg lifts. - I am so out of shape...
        Everly litte bit counts though right?

        You must want to fly so much that you're willing to give up being a caterpillar.

          I'm still around. Lost the last of that nasty 4 pounds that popped up out of nowhere. Now we'll see if I can stick to that for a while without gaining again. I just don't get my body sometimes. Took a week for my body to get back down. Maybe I'll luck out and this is the beginning of another drop. I'd love to be 220 by the end of September.

            Good morning everyone,

            As of today, I've lost 5lb during this Induction . I'm so excited. I can't wait to get under 195lb.

              BurnFat...Congrats on the loss! We will push for you to get under 200 and we can have a STAC posting party!

              Jacqui...glad to see you got those nasty 'catch you off guard' pounds off...maybe you smelled too many brownies...always seems like I can smell food and gain.

              Shauna...every stinking painful moment counts as one towards a healthy you...keep up the good exercise.

              gxi1247...I hate the keto-breath...but haven't seemed to get it this go round. I am going to buy ketosticks this weekend to make sure I am definately in ketosis. I should probably join you on the 'forbidden to jump on the scale 10 times a day' journey...maybe we can make it a challenge for the STAC group?

              barrnone...I hope you quickly find out what is going on so you can start going down...good luck!

              Glenda...hope to see that the energy rush hit soon so that you can stay positive!

              All is well here for me other than I hate the scale...can't live with it (because of my ups and downs) and can't live without it because then I think I can cheat. I was back to 178 this morning. For 8 days of Induction I have lost 2.5 pounds total, but seem to have lost the same pound and gained it back every other day....ugh! The 2.5 pounds was gone by day 2 and I go up down up down since. Note to body! MAKE UP YOUR MIND AND START MELTING THAT FAT! Very frustrating when you stay on plan! Anyway...I post my menus in my journal (the section no one can reply to)...so if you'd take a look and tell me what you see http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...-progress.html I would appreciate it.
