    Good morning all. Woke up to 142 pounds today and am very happy with that!! Wishing everyone a great on plan day!

      Good morning everyone.

      I am not weighing my self until the end of the month. I feel like I am going through scale withdrawls, I want to weigh myself so bad in the morning.

      I've got a lc day planned out and am working out tonight.

        Home today as I don't feel well. Sore throat & slight temp. Resting & pushing fluids. Also taking the opportunity to get caught up on some tasks.

          Gxi - Hang in there.. you must be on one of those challenges. I'm sorry but I need my scale at least once a week to stay focused.
          BurnFat - heres to you and hoping the whoosie fairie visits soon.
          And...Judy - weigh to go! congrats on the loss.

          I myself and down, but up. I am only truly going to measure on Thurs. and so far I have an eight lb. loss. Last Sunday if you recall I stepped on the scale and it was 10 lbs. But I will gladly take the eight. I am feeling wonderful - mood, energy, all of that is on the up. Thanks to Atkins.

            Judy, congrats! That is my goal weight and I am totally jealous!

            Oz, don't push yourself too hard, take it easy!

            Shauna, you can totally do this, great attitude!

            I'm here and on day 24, cheat free. Last night was hard as I went over my carb but no adverse affects on the weight, so I'm happy. Today I'm watching those carbs like a hawk and will be working out tonight.

                Congrats! well I have not weighed in a while... I guess a week and a half. But I have been doing good.

                    It's been a long time since I've been here, but I am back! Been doing the low carb lifestyle with my husband for a couple of months now, and it's working. Good to be back with y'all.
