Rainy day here so I'm glad I have a treadmill. Will be doing some cooking for the week today as I watch football. Doing some cleaning today also~~where does all the junk come from?

good morning everyone! today was my one week weigh in, and I lost 8 pounds!!! I lost a total of 4.5 inches off my body
I'm even more motivated to keep up my clean induction for the next week. This is such a great board, I've learned tons from it!!!
