      Good morning. I am going to weigh myself tomorrow. Hopefully I am going to be under 210, crossing my fingers.

          Here and 3 days cheat free. I'm up a tad as well but I believe its due to TTOM coming soon. Trying to keep the water amounts high and remember to take Potassium as I've been having mini-leg cramps constantly.

          Today I'm having leftover steak for lunch, some veggies, and picking up more eggs (addicted to those eggnog shakes!). Tonight I make meatloaf and meatballs for snacks.

          Haven't had ANY time to work out and beginning to feel it. Maybe I'll take a walk about the block (.5 mile) at lunch. Won't be able to really exercise until tomorrow.
