    Man where is everybody .

    I am at 211.4 this morning. Tough weekend ahead but I am going to stick with it.
    GOAL #1-220 lbs Completed 03/27/10
    GOAL #2-215 lbs
    GOAL #3-210 lbs
    GOAL #4-205 lbs
    GOAL #5-199.9 lbs onederland

    Didn't weigh myself today, not going to for at least a week. Had a bad night last night even though I knew it was coming and tried to avoid it. Turned into a bad lunch and a bad dinner today. (i was good for breakfast)

    Kicking myself in the pants...I can't believe I'm the same person who just last week had gone 25 days without a cheat! No more....tomorrow morning I'm waking up early to work out. My groceries will be all Atkins friendly, and I'll be hitting Induction hard! Not going to let this get me down. NOT going to take my old stance of binging over the weekend and starting again on Monday....it stops NOW! I am duct taping myself to that wagon and I'm not falling off again!

        That is half of the battle right there, when you fall off the wagon brushing your self off and hoping back on.

        I know I am guilty of that. I will eat something not lc friendly for lunchand say screw and eat whatevery I want for dinner. The next morning of course I feeling like crap.

                I finally made it here in the morning and no on was here. I didn't know if I should start the post. I had a great day. I made cauliflower mashed potatoes topped with sour cream and chives and strips of left over steak. It was so good, and I'm so full still. Food variety is a goal for me this time.

                I do need to keep a roll of duct tape handy though. hahahahahaaaa
