I'm back, been mia for about 3 weeks. Got sick, went off plan to try to feel better and just getting back 100%, so I restarted induction yesterday. Luckily I didn't gain anything and actually lost a little while I was sick even not sticking to plan, but that's not a very fun way to loose. Hope everybody has been doing well, off to read and catch up with you all. Have a great weekend!!!!

evening folks - just returned from an overnight trip to Iowa - visiting/moving my 102 year old grandma. She handled it very well. Always love taking this trip especially in the fall, get to see the Mississippi valley region - trees are turning.

Ate pretty well - not 100%, but very well. We took huge bucket of fresh veggies, sausage, cheese, etc - so had plenty of food on hand, so wouldn't buy 'crap' on the road. Drank a little too much pop, which isn't normal for me, but like a 'soda fountain' pop on the road - kept me awake on the drive home

Hope everyone is having a great weekend.

Good day here in VT despite the rain. Weigh in tomorrow & hoping the scale is friendly.

Hi, checking in on Saturday...I'm still doing well with no-weigh-in and drinking water challenges. I managed to get in extra walking today during watching the surfers and kite fliers. Have a great evening everyone!

hi, I'd say you did great on your trip. How cool that you have a 102 year old grandma. My husband and I, who are in our 50's, have a few friends in their 90's and love them all.
