Well, back on the board and trying to get back to my good habits - especially posting here! Got lots of walking in today and have had lots of water. Hope everyone is having a good weekend!
1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight (Next pic at 187)
Current Mini Goals:
1) 35 pounds lost
2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series
I'm here. Down another 2 lbs despite TOM hitting yesterday. Walked 2.5 miles yesterday and 2 miles today. Working on getting the water in. Weekends go by WAY too fast.

Just thought I'd step in an say hello!! Been a while since I was on here, but needless to say, I am still on track. I am 8 pounds from goal, and am having the hardest time getting off of this plateau. I'm eating around 60 carbs a day, probably not drinking enough water.
Ever, it seems you are still doing great. Congrats to you!! If you have any ideas on how to finish this off, please let me know!
