    whats going on? No Roll Call yesterday. I must admit i slacked of last weekend. Grrrr. Lets get it together and post every day!

    Good morning!

    I'm doing alright. I re-started yesterday for the last time ever. I think I did pretty good though, with keeping focused and eating what I'm only allowed to eat. Today will be another day and I know I'll kick some butt today, especially since I'm not working and i have the whole day off to cook food and other things ha ha! Yum yum! ^_^ I'm thinking a nice Chicken Salad for lunch. Nommers.

      My day is going good. 213.2 this morning.

      Last night we went out for Mexican food. I didn't have a single chip and I had a steak fajihta salad.

      Tonight we are going out again for my wife's sisters b-day. Of course we are going to an italian restuarant, then out for drinks later. I have been to the place before and the have a lc option on their menu, so that is nice. And as far as drinks I volunteered to be the DD, so only water for me.

        good for you GXI - it's wonderful that you will be the DD - and for sticking to plan!

        I'm still up a bit, but have faith I will get it going again. Nothing going on this week, so can really focus on my food, water and exercise.

          Hello everyone! I am here and accounted for! I feel much better today now that the nasty stomach bug has left my house. My water intake is back up and I have already done one of my planned stair/walk exercises.

          Here's to a week of *hopefully* losing again cause last week I lost the big goose egg!

            Still not weighing myself and its not as hard as I thought...mostly because I feel very bloated, didn't have a perfect weekend and am a little nervous about what that beasty may say.

            Maybe next Monday.

            Today I have been perfect, but its not quite half over. Going to take a walk at lunch (been putting that off for a while) and maybe workout tonight.

              Hi everyone.. I'm back again. This Summer I got very distracted and totally blew it. I've put back on almost 25 pounds. I started clean slate today and even got my butt on the treadmill. I will weigh myself first thing in the morning to get a new starting weight. Can't wait to check in everyday and get all the support.

                I'm here and sticking to plan, although the scale went a little in the wrong direction today, think I need to up my fibre. Am I the only one who enjoys their daily 8 oz glass of Metamucil? I know that sounds weird, but it reminds me of Tang from when I was a kid and I actually look forward to it as a treat. Maybe I should have 2 glasses until things get moving again, lol.
