    Good morning low carbers.

    Today is a new day. I have lc food lined up and I am working out tonight. 212.2 this morning. Also I grabbed a pair of jeans to wear out last night that I normally don't wear because they are a little to tight around my thighs and waist, and to my suprise they fit awesome. They were a ton looser in the thighs and I had to wear a belt to keep them up. The funny thing is I haven't really lost a ton of weight on the scale but a month ago those bad boys were way too tight.

    I saw a quote on the boards that really struck a cord with me "One year from today you will have wished you started today (paraphrasing)" There is no day like the present.

    GOAL #2-215 lbs
    GOAL #3-210 lbs
    GOAL #4-205 lbs

    Congrats on the jeans GX, that's going to be one of my first treats for myself, a new pair of jeans when I hit onderland (haven't worn jeans in years). Well, I'm here and on plan.
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5

      Just checking in.. Not much energy this morning. I weighed myself and I'm starting at 144.5 and 36% body fat. My BMI is over the normal mark as well. Hoping today won't bring on any temptations.

        good morning - was at 235 this morning, not too happy about that, but down from the beginning of the week. Feeling lighter, drinking lots of water, so all is well!

            Here and not happy with Pizza hut and their dreaded loaded wings....anyway...I am above my ending Induction weight by 2.5 pounds....argh! Other than the mishap with the wings I have been so strict. I am logging everything....and telling myself my body will catch up and the scale will go down. On a positive note...I measured myself this morning and have lost 2 inches...that tape measure was COLD!

            I counted my glasses of water from yesterday....over 190 ounces...I am surprised I didn't float away. It has made my hands soooo cold tho...always holding a glass of ice water .

              Just checking in. Went to IHOP today and had a delicious low carb omelette.....was not easy, but I had four bites of pancakes and then pushed them away. Next time I go, I'll just ask the waitress not to even bring them to the table. Still sitting on 203 but I'm going for a walk before going to bed. It's beautiful weather here tonight so maybe I'll walk a little extra.

              To anyone reading this....I'm VERY glad to have you guys out in cyberspace to share this journey with. Thanks!
