    Good Morning Everyone!!

    Just checking in this morning and wishing everyone a safe and cheat free weekend. Weighed in this morning (I know it hasn't been 1 week yet) but lost 4.5 pounds already.

    210.6 this morning, the same as yesterday.

    No cheat weekend here I come.

      good luck gxi!

      I was at 230 this morning, which is my low weight, yippee - just dying to get to the 220's. I have a tough weekend in front of me - annual golf outing. It's too much fun, but lots of drinking/eating/etc...will just have to be prepared!

        I'm here and on plan, but 4th day the scale hasn't moved. I'm also trying to quit smoking today, so I hope I can hold the course on everything. Have a great weekend all!
        1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
        2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
        3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
        Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

        Current Mini Goals:
        1) 35 pounds lost
        2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
        3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

          What I have that has helped me when you break through to that new weight range (ie, 220's, 210's ect..) is that you have to tell your self that you will never again be in that range of numbers.

          That is what got me motivated again. I got into the 220's and after a weekend at a bachelor part I was back up at 233. That really pissed me off and got me going again.

          Now if I could just break through to the 200's that would awesom. Hopefully Monday morning.

            I weighed in at 256 this morning, no change but I know it's because I cheated on rungs and had frankenfoods this week. It's good to know I can jump back on the horse and have support like I find here.

              Hello everyone-


              According to my scale I am down eight pounds already and it has only been four days...(I'm not suppose to weigh til Monday).


              I totally agree to a cheat free weekend =)



              Starting weight: 215

              Mini Goal 1: 200 lbs-Met 10/19/09
              Mini Goal 2: 185 lbs.
              Mini Goal 3: 175 lbs.
              Goal: 160 lbs.
