Thought I'd get things started today. Scale still not down, but I think I've figured out I'm not eating enough this week. I've been skipping breakfast having 2 small meals (lunch and dinner) and no snacks. So I need to get back to my fitday so I can straighten this out, going to try adding a few calories.
On the non smoking, I didn't manage to quit compeletely yesterday, but only smoked a half a pack of my regular 2 pack a day habit, so that's an improvement and I'm doing well today on that as well. What I do is lock my cigarettes in my car, set a time limit before I can smoke again and then go out to the car and get just the one that is allocated. I'm going to try stretching it out more and more each day until I'm done with them or tired of going out to the car to get one, lol. I'm up to one every two hours today.
Also, my 2 adult sons finally moved out in the last few weeks and I am confiscating their room to make an exercise room, we're going to start working on that as soon as I'm done with lunch. I'm excited!
