Starting over wedding in 5mos
Hi there I was doing the Atkins last christmas but i just got caught up with the holidays and fell right off the wagon. Now I am going to be the maid of honor in my bestfriends wedding March 20th 2010 and we went to try on dresses the other day. I am in a size 20 thats just crazy. I am 5'9 and weigh 210. Im looking to be around 160 or lower for the wedding....Im going to be jump starting my journey on the 23rd of this month..Wish me luck and I cant wait to have new friends along the way

2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

1) 35 pounds lost
2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series -
