    Here and on plan. How is everybody doing? Check in when you get a chance and have a great day!
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    Current Mini Goals:
    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

      I'm here. Rough weekend...Had a funeral to go to and I'm feeling very drained from the loss. I'm also still trying to shake the last of this chest cold. But, I'm OP. Can't wait for the work day to be over so I can head home to my love and sit by the fire for the evening.

        I'm here, day 8 of induction, and desperately wanting to get on the scale. My "tight" jeans fit this morning, so I know I'm doing ok. That along with Dragonbreath...... Have a great day everyone.

          Hi everyone had a great Monday it was my eldest sons birthday he turned 9 and also my neices she was 4 so we had a great party.The party food was so tempting but I didnt cheat.Diets also going well,losing slowly.
