    well as the title says, I'm back. I stopped last time due to some problems with getting very light-headed. I have devised a plan to take in more calories as I was only taking in around 1000 last time, I looked at my old records and realized this in hindsight. At this point i was already having symptoms last time and have had none thus far. I am looking for a buddy, preferably a STACr to help keep me motivated if anyone is interested.

      Good for you for figuring out the problems. For buddies, the main thread may be more fruitful, but actually here everyone will support you. The journals usually develop into a buddy system too so you may want to start a Journal page.
