Day 12 and down 3lbs. I'm happy with it, though I always wish it was more. I'm going to re-evaluate everything I am eating, my water, etc. just to make sure I'm not messing anything up...but I'm happy with my progress so far. Can't wait for Day 15 and OWL with more veggie choices!

Here and on plan but getting a little frustrated with the rate of loss so early in the game. I've only lost 1 pound in the last two weeks, hoping for a whooshie tonight.
1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight (Next pic at 187)
Current Mini Goals:
1) 35 pounds lost
2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series
