I'm here and doing well. I feel confident that candy isn't going to be a temptation for me and I'm so glad. It's wonderful to experience the loss of appetite and the loss of taste for sweets. Whew!

Congrats on another pound Sham !! It was a beautiful 70 degree day today, and now I'm in for the night. No troubles with Candy, I live in such a rural area, I have never had a trick-o-treater.
