    Gee... what a great weekend... Halloween.. candy... carbage binging... gaining back all the weight I lost in the last two weeks in 2 days....

    Grrrr.

    Stupid me.

    But, I'm back! I don't WANT to eat like that anymore... I hate how the food feels in my body... I don't miss the bloated, gross feeling I get when I eat unhealthy.

    I went to Sonic and got tator tots after we went trick or treating (because I thought I missed them) and I realized it's been about a month since I had fast food... all I could taste was the chemicals in the oil they cooked them in... It made like a chemical filmy coating inside my mouth, I couldn't even eat them it was so gross...

    So, yeah, I'm joyfully back to taking care of myself this Monday morning!

    Here and did ok this weekend had flatbread sandwich on sat. Morning and thought I was going to throw up that was a good deterent. I also had two drinks of rum and diet coke on Sunday do drinks hurt you?

      Good morning all !!! Hope everyone had a great guilt free weekend

      Laura, the best I can suggest is what I have started to do. Since I changed my way of thinking, I have a strange "calm" about this whole thing. I look at each food I'm thinking about, and ask if I'm going to have any regrets in the morning (Sort of like dating) So far it has worked wonders.

      Evergirl, if you're doing extended induction, remember that alcohol is not allowed, and the flatbreads aren't either. Just a thought, but all those little "cheats" added up and are what got me off the wagon for almost 2 years. The habits you make now are what are going to get you through the long haul, and not 55 yrs like me and still fighting your weight.

      For me, I'm down 2 more pounds this Week. I'm kicking myself for that moment of "is that all" when I got on the scale . I'm reminding myself that if that was a gain, I'd be so disappointed in myself and degrading myself. So, I'm embracing it as a WIN

        I'm here and on plan, made it through the Halloween camping trip without a slip. I moved to the Dairy Rung on Friday since I hit 16 pound loss (I'm moving up every 8 pounds) and had a Light & Fit yogurt for desert last night (3 net carbs), it was delicious. Haven't weighed since Friday since I just got home, but will first thing tomorrow morning.

        Plsmachic ~ glad you caught your fall and are back on plan.

        Evergirl ~ same what Kntrylady said!

        Kntrylady ~ Congrats on the 2 pound loss!

          I'm back after a wonderful, relaxing weekend at the beach with my love and our little zoo family (2 dogs; 2 cats). Stayed OP, so proud of that!

          Today is FH actual birthday so we are meeting his parents tonight for dinner at Ruth's Chris. Steak and a wedge salad are calling my name. Delicious!

              hey guys, sounds like a couple of slips here and there [tsk tsk], but a couple losses also - way to go! I'm up a little, but didn't eat off plan. Really wanted ice cream this weekend, but we resisted. I made coffee chillers instead [coffee, atkins shake, cream, ice - blended - it is sooo tasty], my husband even says - this should be illegal don't do it often, but once in a while it's just so nummy.
