Actually, you may have to do some things differently.

This isn't "last time".

Lots of people who try to repeat exactly what they did "last time" forget that this is "now" ... and they have to deal with the body they have "now" ... not the one they had "last time".

no, thats true. It's been 4 years since my bout with depression started, i first went on the diet when I was 21 - so, yeah bit of a difference between 21 and 28

Last time i integrated almost NO exercise. This time i need to do the lifestyle in diet means and exercise means.

woohoo! im down 7 pounds so far. This is going real well... and the most important part i feel really good. I still however, need to integrate eggs and cook more of my own food. But its going good even without it.
