    Hi all,

    Have been off the board for a few weeks but am on plan and doing well. Woke up this morning to 139 pounds, so 42 pounds lost and only 19 to go!!!
    Another mini goal met!!!

    Congrats Judy I'm here and on plan. Going to finish up the painting I started on Friday now that I don't ache from head to toe any more. Have a great day all.
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    Current Mini Goals:
    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

      Taking a break from morning house chores & errands. Drinking some more H20 & having a snack then it is off for a walk. The sun is actually shining & it is quite nice outside. Must take advantage of the good days while they last as the snow will be here soon enough.

        Congrats on achieving that goal.I am going through a stall at the moment stuck at 174 for days.

            congrats judy - I'm with sham - sitting at the same weight for about a week [231], but not unhappy...I think my body is just adjusting to this new weight. I'm looking forward to a great week!

              Good morning everyone... Glad to see so many on the board today.

              Congratulation Judy It sure helps motivate me when I see other people succeed. Strength and patience to everyone else

              Cold but sunny outside, so I too am headed outside to get some more pre-snow chores done.

                Congrats Judy! I'm glad its not the same five pounds each time! LOL I know I've lost and gained this 20 I'm working on more times than I care to remember.
