Here and back on plan after a slip this weekend. I think I've just had too much going on and needed a break, so I decided to have a couple of beers this weekend. After drinking the beers my stomach felt kind of funny so I wanted some food on it before going to bed, so what did I grab? A bag of chips, I felt like I needed something to absorb the liquid. But I stopped at a handful, went to bed and am back on plan this morning. I don't know why I do that, it was the first bit of alcohol I've had in 7 weeks and my first Atkins slip in over 5 weeks.
