well, after stubling over the summer and gaining 27lbs I'm back at 149 for the last 3 weeks, feeling great, and hanging strong to take on my goal of 145. Although, truthfully I'm not sure if 145 is appropriate - but I'm giving it a go. I'm enjoying things right now and have stopped obsessing and tracking everything. I've learned through all of this that I get too "micro" so I'm going to working on living and balancing.
