I got this thing in my email saying how the forum missed me. Funny how this is day 1 of my second time around. The good news is I only gained 3 pounds since I fell off the diet in June. The bad news ... I'm a carboholic. So is my hubby, but he doesn't have the weight issues. So there's candy, bread and all kinds of junk I shouldn't eat all around me. I know if I can make it thru the first week, I'll be OK ... It's from dinner to sleep that I fiend for sweets. Fortunately, I drink plenty of water and exercise daily, so that's covered. I just need to remind myself " I'm full and I don't need more food- especially candy or sweets".
