I'm here - just had a wonderful sausage/mushroom/cheese omelette. I allow myself to buy breakfast once a week at work [great cafeteria] - otherwise I normally bring food - but fridays are special! I love fridays at work, no one around - so quiet - I can get so much done...I look forward to the day.

Here and on plan (although its actually Friday the 13th not the 12th, lol). Should have figured I'd be up a half a pound today instead of hitting a new low as I was hoping. Oh well, onward and downward I go. Have a great day all!

2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight (Next pic at 187)

1) 35 pounds lost
2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

I am here also, still on plan- debating if I can stand going to the local theater tonight and smelling all that popcorn!!! I will need to plan not to cheat and keep reminding myself of why I am not going to eat that garbage any more. I may just stay home this time.
Sorry about the wrong date. I had the wrong weight too. It was 4 pounds and not 3, I had to take my oldest daughter to her appointment for her sonogram this morning and was running a bit behind, so I was like lightening posting here. I came home and seen my mistakes and was like, Oh NO! At least the edit button let me correct them. Glad to have everyone here. This board is the best. I love seeing a lot of the same faces too. It's good to have people here sticking it through even when it gets tough!
