    I've lost 4 pounds this week.

    I'm down 11 pounds so far.

    Very excited.

    How are you?

    Big congrats jen...I would love a week like that!

    I'm not very happy to be posting this...but up 2 for the week, not sure what's happening, but I don't stress it out too much. Will just keep going, it eventually goes down. Life is good.

      I am down 8 lbs since Monday. Although I am doing a strict induction because I am restarting. So I am sure that will slow down.
      GOAL #1-220 lbs Completed 03/27/10
      GOAL #2-215 lbs
      GOAL #3-210 lbs
      GOAL #4-205 lbs
      GOAL #5-199.9 lbs onederland

        Congrats Jenileigh and GXI! I'm up 4/10th's of a pound from last week, but I know thats because of my weekend indulgance, gotta pay the price. Although I'm technically at Rung 2, I've been eating at induction level all week trying to make up for last weekend, I know I'll get there.
        1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
        2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
        3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
        Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

        Current Mini Goals:
        1) 35 pounds lost
        2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
        3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series
