    Back up a little, not sure what's going on - but rather used to my fluctuations. It's staying under 233 now, but getting a little frustrated. Really have to journal and pay attention - that's the goal!

    I'm down another 1.2 lbs today (YAY!!!), I skipped clean past the 213's from 214.0 yesterday to 212.8 this morning. Ironically, 213 something is the lowest I've ever gotten before on my many attempts at this woe. I think my body said, "you aren't even seeing those 213's this time so you have no excuse to stop there" LOL. I'm cautiously optimistic that my post induction stall syndrome has passed for at least a little while.

        Ugh Barrnone, I feel your frustration. I hope being diligent in tracking the next few days will help.

        And Sham, I so love Pooh, what a cute note. After looking at your success so far, I know you'll get there.

        Me... I'm still trudging along. For some weird reason I woke up retaining water in my legs, even though I didn't have any processed foods (other than 2 ounces cheese), no salt added, and 128 oz water. Arrrgggh.
