    Here and on plan with a new low number (that always makes my day). Gotta get some deep cleaning done around the house today before the holiday next week, but first I have to take the kids to the library. Have a great day all!
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    Current Mini Goals:
    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

    What the heck, I'll chime in.

    I did Atkins back in 2003-2004 and lost about 60 pounds, so I know this works! I'm back again because an incredibly stressful divorce put me off maintenance in 2006-2007 and I managed to put it all back on, plus some! I'm currently at 188, down from 195 a few weeks ago, heading toward 128, which I know I can do due to my past success!

    I'm also trying to quit smoking (talking to my doctor about Chantix next week; I've tried everything else) so wish me luck!

      Welcome to STAC Frelled. Sorry you have had a rough go of it, but it sounds like you're pulling yourself together and moving on to the next chapter in your life. Good luck with quitting smoking. I quit in 1985 before all the aids, but I have heard good things about Chantix. I also have been told that it works alot better with some behavior modification support. Look forward to seeing you around.

      Congratulations on the new lower ##'s Barb You just continue to chip away.

      I'm heading over the mountain pass to buy some veggies, if there is anything left. With only one store serving a 45 mile radius, and Thanksgiving this week, I'm a tad worried. But my fridge is empty.

          I am here. I've been struggling-I'm on plan-but I want things I can't have. I know its my hormones. I've been experiencing some constipation. Taking mineral oil and collace. Praying for a break through.
