    Morning All Happy Tuesday.

    Up a little again today, I only have myself to blame. Been cheating here and there and that is not good. I'm aware - just stupid sometimes.

    I have my turkey day plan in place, just need to get to the grocery tonight...I'm such a procrastinater! But, I love the stress, so all will be good.

    male/35/295/250/175? Weight loss is no longer my primary goal. Getting to the point where I no longer feel like h-e-doublehockeysticks is!

      Oh Barrnone, now watch those cheatings here and there we all know how that can end. Good luck at the grocery store, our stores run out of everything thats needed by today to make a Thanksgiving dinner, but of course I bet there isn't a run on low carb holiday ingredients, lol. All I have left to get is my fresh veggies (stuff for a veggie platter and potatoes for the rest of the crew).

      I'm back to sitting where my stats have been since last Friday so hopefully that means I'm due for a loss tomorrow. Has anyone else ever noticed that they feel more squishy before a loss? I know I have and I don't feel very squishy today, so that's not a good sign, lol.
      1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
      2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
      3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
      Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

      Current Mini Goals:
      1) 35 pounds lost
      2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
      3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

        Day 2 is going very well. Day 1 was fantabulous .... dinner ended up being that yummy dressing I made mixed with albacore tuna. Tasty.

        Today's Menu:
        Breakfast: 2 turkey sausage (no sugar) and 1/2 cup egg salad (eggs, no sugar mayo and a tiny bit of onion) and 1 hardboiled egg.

        33 ounces water

        Lunch: 2 Hamburger patties with 1 slice cheese (pepperjack) with lettuce, little onion and dill pickles.

        33 ounces water

        Snack: 2 cup salad with oil and vinegar

        Dinner: 1 1/2 cups fried cabbage, hamburger, onion, sesame oil and 33 ounces water.

        It felt soooo good yesterday to not be starving all day long. In fact my usual lunch is at 11 ... but it was 2 p.m. before I felt hungry enough to even eat. NICE!!!

          Before I drink it ... is Honey Chamomille Tea okay? It has NO carbs and NO sugar.

            Do you make your own oil and vinegar dressing? That's close to italian isn't it? and if so how do you make it? Lotsa questions!

              Someone on this board gave me a great recipe and it's yummy.

              3 parts olive oil to 1 part lemon juice
              salt, pepper, and I use ITalian seasoning, garlic powder and it's so good.

                Good morning all ! Running outside to get some stuff done in the sunshine It may not be warm, but the blue skies are calling.

                I'm having a very Non-Hungry day. I made a quick eggnog for breakfast since I figured drinking my breakfast would be easier than trying to eat.

                Hope you manage to chase those "little cheats" away Barrnone. As Barb said, "we know where that can end". I think it was 2 years later for me

                Sorry Barb, I'm not sure what you mean by "squishy "?????
                Hope you are in for a loss. That would be nice.

                CMorrison, I'm really not so sure on the tea, but didn't want you to feel ignored Personally, I at strictly by the plan with no cheats at all during induction. I did this because I am 55, and determined to enjoy the rest of my life without all this weight. And as stated above, I know where those little deviations can lead me. Maybe in a couple of weeks you can have the tea.
