    Here and on plan. I took in way too much sodium yesterday and I'm paying the price today on the scale, but I know its just water as my fingers are a little swollen for the first time in nearly two months.

    Oh and Kntrylady (I didn't want to go back to yesterday's thread) let me try to explain my "squishy". Some days if I poke at my fat (I know that conjures a funny picture, lol), it feels firm and full, think of a balloon that is pretty full of air but not taunt. When I feel squishy I feel like somebody let the air out of the baloon and it is really soft and squeezable. Usually when I feel squishy I'm getting ready for a couple of pounds loss. Then I get more taunt again but at a smaller size, does that make sense? No feeling squishy here today in fact I feel bloated, arghhh.

    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

    Hello all, I believe I am down another 4-5 pounds from last week on this weigh in. Plugging along!!
    male/35/295/250/175? Weight loss is no longer my primary goal. Getting to the point where I no longer feel like h-e-doublehockeysticks is!

      See what you started Barb It's a good thing I live alone. I'd be accused of loosing my mind if I was seen poking at myself. But I think I know what you mean, I'll start paying more attention to changes. A bit difficult as I only weigh in once a week.

      Me, I'm feeling muscle fatigue today as I continue to add more moves to my stability ball workout, in addition to the rest of my exercise. Yesterday was hamstring presses.... ARGH! I do believe since I'm driving tomorrow for 6 hours, I will take a day of rest...

        I was gonna wait til I had 5 "good" days under my belt, but I'm here doing well today

        Trying to clean my life back up... Signing up for the gym by my apartment on Monday and the tanning salon and sticking to this WOL. If at first you don't succeed, try try again right?

          Congrats Earl - great pace.

          Barb, love the squishy talk - I'm going to start poking myself and see how it goes. Today I'm the full balloon - bloated feeling. Need more water. I was so busy at work, I know I didn't drink enough.

          I'm down today, hit 229 again this am. Don't think it's ready to stick yet, but I keep hoping.
