Here and on plan. I must confess though......Despite my well intentioned plan, when the potatoes, gravy and stuffing were passed to me last night the hand went for the spoon and I loaded that spoonful of each onto my plate and proceeded to eat them. I did notice however that they didn't taste nearly as good as I remember and I much preferred my mock cauliflower mashed potatoes. So on one hand I'm glad I did it, so I wasn't left feeling like I "missed" something and my fond memories of them will begin to fade (kind of like an old dysfunctional relationship that you had blinders on for in the past). On the other hand, between that and the fact that I think I over did my cheese allowance with the cheese platter, I'm left sitting at 213.8 this morning.
So what that means is I'm going to have to work very hard if I hope to reach my current mini-goal of 207.4 by Christmas, wish me luck!

Today is a new day! Back on plan & I'm looking forward. Not looking back at yesterday or any negativity that it may bring.
Still on plan, pumpkin pie with the flax crust was awesome considering the alternative was the real thing with all it's carbs or nothing at all! Turkey was delicious (I ended up cooking it myself) and the mixed veggies were awesome! Hope you all had a great turkey day!
