Can you name a thread woo hoo? Just for giggles I jumped on the scales and even after that feast yesterday I'm down a pound from my last weigh in on Tuesday!! Might not seem like much but I was thrilled!!

male/35/295/250/175? Weight loss is no longer my primary goal. Getting to the point where I no longer feel like h-e-doublehockeysticks is!

I was just happy it didn't go up! Weight going down was even better!
