  • I'm back, so I must be STAC.

    Started Induction today!

I lost 15 pounds last fall (got all the way to OWL run 6) and then I went and got pregnant. I was "maintenance" for a while, then fell out of the habit completely when the Chex Mix started calling my name...

Now I've given birth to a beautiful baby girl, stopped breastfeeding, and it's time to get back on track!

Jackie - Misplaced Missouri Girl, now in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada!

Lost 15 pounds 9/18/08-01/08/09, Ended on OWL Rung 6 (had a baby!)
    Restarted Induction 11/30/09

Good luck. I did Atkins last year and went from 169 to 150-something. My husband went into the military and I just started eating carbs again. I also partook in some unhealthy indulgences that helped me pack on the weight too, so I'm back here again. Good luck to you! Hopefully this time around we can make it all the way to maintenance.

Welcome back Jackie! You forgot to add that in addition to the pregnancy your family also made a major move. Just another little stressor.

Congrats on your baby girl! It's nice to see you back.
