    male/35/295/250/175? Weight loss is no longer my primary goal. Getting to the point where I no longer feel like h-e-doublehockeysticks is!

        Good morning all! I'm here and on plan and proving the squishy theory right again. I hit a new low this morning and even got to make a new ticker.

        Have a great day!
        1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
        2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
        3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
        Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

        Current Mini Goals:
        1) 35 pounds lost
        2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
        3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

            3rd day back. Doing great. Excited to get to the store to by some veggies today. Didn't get all my water in today, but sure will today! What is the 'squishy theory'?

              Welcome to STAC Lindsayanne, here is where I was explaining my "squishy theory"



              As Barrnone suggested, I think there is a connection between water intake and squishyness, but for me the squishy has always been a true predictor of an imminent weightloss within the next few days. So even when the scale is not moving, I know I'm making progress by how squishy I am. Others were going to experiment with it and report back if it was a good predictor for them as well.

                Haha! That's interesting! So noted - and I will test my squishyness too and let you know. And it's actually kinda funny because last night I was laying in bed and felt my tummy and I was thinking how squishy it felt!! Not sure if that's out of the norm for my tummy or not but guess we'll see! Take care.
