  • How much of roll does TOM have on weight loss

I have been on induction for 9 days and weighed myself this morning and I have only lost 3 pounds. I am going to start next week so I know this is not helping. Also, I have taken a Loritab for my bad back and am constipated which can't help either! I am just all messed up!!! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried a muffin in a minute? It's practically all fiber so that might help. I'm on percocet so I understand the problem.
male/35/295/250/175? Weight loss is no longer my primary goal. Getting to the point where I no longer feel like h-e-doublehockeysticks is!

I've seen women report up to a 10 pound "gain" (bounce) from water retention.

Some women simply don't weigh the week before/during TOM.

Thank you for all the support. I keep telling myself that this time around will be different than the last. I lost 20 lbs in a month last time. But this is now and I am trying to stay positive and I love the extra energy I have so my 3 lbs are worth it!!!

I "used to" weigh 85 pounds.

Of course, I was in 8th grade.

Point ... don't think about "before".
